Job Overview

BROKOU INC, based in Brossard, QC, is seeking experienced Senior Software Developers to join their hybrid team. The successful candidates will design, develop, and maintain software applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals with over 5 years of development experience who thrive in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure applications meet quality, performance, and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Document processes, designs, and code for maintainability.

Education & Experience

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years or more of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in French is required.
