With approximately 70 employees we operate two shifts daily, which enables us the flexibility to meet customer requirements for quick delivery. We provide free parking onsite and are located 5 minutes from Pickering GO Station.

Equipped with the latest technology, numerous welding stations, a complete machine shop, nine brake presses, hardware inserters, shearing and notching capabilities, single punch presses, and a well equipped clean-up area complete with deburring machinery, we provide a competitive edge in producing parts that meet customer specifications and time constraints.

Responsibilities to Include:
• Inspecting completed parts, compare to requirements, and measure/document dimensional results
• Inspection of first off for Parts after LC to ensure about part is ok before cutting
• Participating in the calibration of gages and equipment
• Create/maintain FAI/PPAP documentation (FAI’s, Control Plans, etc).
• Assist the purchasing department with Vendor quality control
• Participating in the non-conformance deficiency management process
• Participate in Root-cause analysis, corrective actions, follow up and reporting
• Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Internal audits and all requirements of ISO 9001
• Report to the Quality Admin any quality issue
Skills Required
• Ability to interpret customer prints, technical specifications, and quality assurance standards
• Strong understanding of GD&T and machine shop and weld shop inspection techniques.
• Use a variety of inspection equipment to inspect parts/gages/fixtures and determine compliance
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
Experience
• 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality Inspection
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent, preferably in technical fields
Salary: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
