As a result of our growing business, Langdon Law has an immediate opening for: Corporate Associate (hybrid/remote).

The Opportunity

This is a unique and intellectually stimulating full-time opportunity for a quick-thinking, detail-orientated person. In this role, you will provide first-class legal support to our corporate/commercial clients and excel at providing top quality work while thinking independently. You will be client facing, and work on all aspects of our portfolio of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, financings, corporate restructurings and governance. You will work with a full range of small businesses, multi-national corporations and government agencies.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of corporate experience and be capable of working independently. The role offers hybrid / remote working possibilities for those not residing in the Woodstock/Hartland/Florenceville areas. Please note that you must live in the Province of New Brunswick to be eligible for this position.
