Job Duties: Oversee, organise, train and schedule staff and cashiers, assign duties to staff, resolve customer complaints, customer requests and supply shortages, manage and order inventory, authorise payments and returns, prepare reports about sales and train new staff and monitor their performance, perform same duties as workers and ensure to maintain store standards, perform key holding and managerial duties like developing marketing strategies.
