Job Overview

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in London, ON is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and the ability to maintain financial performance in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to manage labour costs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise staff and daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
• Prepare cash reports, balance sheets, and related forms.
• Determine service offerings and implement procedures.
• Enforce health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Manage supplier arrangements, inventory, and cost controls.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.

Education & Experience

• College, CEGEP, or non-university diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
