Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs of patients struggling with addiction and substance use, as well as additional complex healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and holistic care.
• Develop individualized care plans, incorporating teaching and referrals to support patient well-being.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Work within an interdisciplinary clinical framework, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
