Sign inFen’s Market is currently seeking an Operations Manager to operate our Lepreau, NB location. The Operations Manager will deliver a first class customer experience while overseeing the operations of our four dynamic outlets operating under one roof, which include Fen’s Market Convenience and Gas Outlet, M&M Food Market, Pizza Shack as well as an ANBL (NB Liquor) outlet.
The Job
· Meeting financial and strategic objectives, establishing and monitoring financial control, initiating corrective actions, and establishing community relationships
· Demonstrate leadership and promote a team oriented environment; setting high standard and modeling behavior for optimum customer experience
· Implement new product line while constantly ensuring a superior product mix and inventory levels in order to increase sales, store profitability and control inventory.
· Operation of the food service area in a manner that will build customer loyalty, increase sales, and achieve a satisfactory level of profitability.
· Monitor and maintain, Company policies and procedures, Government regulations, and customer satisfaction
· Work with executives to ensure action plans are in place to achieve productivity targets (inventory control, labour costs, etc.) for your store
· Setting the standard for your team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective team talent
· Communicating effective job expectations, enforcing policies and procedures, reviewing job contributions
Required Skills
· 3 years or more of progressive management experience in retail or food service management.
· A seasoned manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, your skills span customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, food service and retail sales.
· Leadership skills. You enjoy providing feedback, empowering people and mentoring.
· A strong financial acumen with an ability to forecast and analyze stores sales and expenses.
· Highly motivated with a desire to improve and grow a fast-paced work environment
· You are a team builder and a committed mentor and coach
· The successful candidate must possess a strong, solid understanding of POS software, and other computer applications.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
