Landscaping and landscaping labourers in grounds maintenance

Main TASKS
• Assist the work team in planting and transplanting trees and cedars;
• Preparing trees for sale;
• Planting, trimming, pruning, felling and pruning trees;
• Irrigate the trees;
• Picking up branches and other related tasks;
• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Drive tractors and other machinery and equipment for transporting and cultivating plants;
• Clean workspaces and perform other tasks to assist in the construction of landscaping and related structures;
• Comply with health and safety measures in the workplace.
Skills :
• Secondary not completed
• No experience necessary
• Languages: Basic or no English or French required
Requirements and working conditions
Job location: 296 St-Patrick, Ottawa, Ontario K1N 5K5
Number of positions to be filled: 2
Salary: $19,00 per hour, 40 hours per week (The salary will be increased if so determined by law).
Variable hours: day, evening, weekend depending on production and temperature Full-time, seasonal work.
Starting date: 2 positions to be filled as soon as possible. (*Contract from 01 April to 10 November 2025).
Requirements:
• Good physical stamina;
• Be alert and responsible;
• Ability to work as part of a team and good judgement;
• Experience not required;
*Valid driving licence
